Exhibition location: Hall A and Hall B on the first floor of Shenzhen Guan Shanyue Art Museum

 The Exhibition of Wu Haicheng's Sketching Works, organized by the Guangdong Artists Association, Foshan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Foshan Artists Association, was held from May 16 to 24, 2017 at the Guan Shanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen. Ninety works were exhibited in this exhibition.

These works embody the author's hard work from 2007 to the present. After retiring, the author organized Shunde Wanqing Calligraphy and Painting Festival and Yunyi Salon to go out for sketching two or three times a year. Over the past decade, he has traveled eight times to the Taihang Mountains, seven times to Huangyao, five times to Zhangjiajie, four times to Yangshuo in Guilin, and three times to Anshun in Guizhou... His footprints have spread to more than ten provinces such as Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Hubei, Hunan, as well as more than 20 countries in Europe, Africa, Oceania, and accumulated more than 600 sketching works.

These works have both majestic and majestic mountains, as well as fresh and beautiful rural scenery, diverse painting techniques, and a fusion of tradition and modernity; Rich and simple, yet agile and graceful; Beautiful and heavy lines; The artistic conception is profound and extraordinary in its flatness. Many of these works are first-time appearances with the audience.
