On December 29, 2013, the 8th National Book Design Art Exhibition was held grandly in Shenzhen, a bookish and elegant city. Meng Weidong's works use romantic techniques such as association, exaggeration, and transformation to expand the aesthetic scope of Chinese painting, create new artistic images, and strive to preserve and enhance the elegant brushwork and interest of Chinese painting, while also injecting humanistic care and a sense of life.

Fang Guoxing's works not only have solid traditional skills, but also focus on emotions, environment, spirit, and intention. He uses vigorous and varied brushstrokes to shape the beauty of objects in nature, and uses transcendent visual thinking to reproduce natural beauty, making his paintings unique and independent.

This "Zhu Feng Mount Huangshan Painting Exhibition" has exhibited nearly 60 fine works of Jiao and color ink landscape paintings created by Mr. Zhu Feng in Mount Huangshan for more than 30 years. Mr. Zhu Feng has deep feelings and understanding of one scenery and one thing in Mount Huangshan Mountain. He is good at using coke ink to paint, forming a powerful and powerful artistic style.

The "Long Years - Chen Zhangji's Chinese Painting Exhibition" will be held at the China National Art Museum and the Guanshan Yue Art Museum, showcasing nearly a hundred high-quality Chinese paintings created by Mr. Chen Zhangji over the years, covering various themes such as flowers, birds, landscapes, and characters. The creative time span is nearly 50 years, and the long years, the pursuit of diversity, and the fusion of artistic themes, the reflection of the older generation of artists on art, fully demonstrate the painter's lofty spiritual realm of pursuing both virtue and art.

The exhibition showcases the works of four artists, Pang Xunqin, Wu Zuoren, Guan Shanyue, and Sun Zongwei, who traveled in western China in the 1940s. These precious artworks not only capture the natural and cultural landscape of modern western China, but also showcase the outstanding efforts made by that generation of artists to explore and innovate the language of modern Chinese art.

This year's Wucheng Wuxiang Photography Annual Exhibition has selected a total of 13 works. The vast majority of authors exhibit a clear sense of subjectivity, with varying degrees of ideological content. They reflect on the development of cities and also reflect on their losses; Praising the beauty of nature, but also mourning the loss of the environment; Embracing hope, one cannot help but feel lost; Joy mixed with sadness, detachment mixed with attachment, confusion mixed with persistence, revealing profound contemplation and complex emotions towards society and life.

The exhibition showcases more than 130 calligraphy and painting works by 13 Gansu calligraphers and painters, which have been infused with Northwest style and Dunhuang spirit for over 30 years since the reform and opening up. It is a concentrated appearance of Gansu calligraphers and painters with a high level of artistic creation in recent years. This exhibition showcases the cultural depth, historical height, and spiritual depth of Gansu calligraphers and painters, including Dunhuang heritage, desert and Gobi scenery, Qilian scenery, and Tibetan customs.
