At the age of 1 in 1937
On November 7th, the fifth day of the tenth lunar month, I was born in Xidingzhai, Xinmin Township, Chongming Island, Yangtze River Estuary (then part of Chongming County, Jiangsu Province). Guanzi generation, named Guanjia. After graduating from university, I created the name Guanjia and it has been used to this day. I went to Yangzhou with my stepmother Shen Xiuzhen. At that time, my father was working at Sunan Public School, so I transferred to Yangzhou Lu Xun Middle School to study in the third year of junior high school. Take a one-year leave of absence due to illness.
1954-1955, 18-19 years old
My father's job was transferred to the Rehabilitation Hospital Management Bureau (Zhenjiang), so he transferred to Zhenjiang No.2 Middle School to study in the third year of junior high. I graduated from junior high school here. Teacher Wang Zude, the homeroom teacher, recommended applying for the five-year art major in the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing Normal University and was admitted.
1955-1960, 19-24 years old
I am studying in the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing Normal University. Graduated from professors such as Fu Baoshi, Chen Zhifo, Lv Sibai, Huang Xianzhi, Qin Xuanfu, Yang Jianhou, and Yaming.
In 1960, at the age of 24
Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing Normal University in July. Allocated to work in universities. Mr. Ding Jifu from Nanjing Academy of Arts personally chose to teach at Nanyi and was assigned to the Chinese Painting Teaching and Research Group of Nanyi Affiliated Middle School. Teach traditional Chinese painting and drawing classes. I once accompanied Mr. Li Zhi to copy portraits of the Ming and Qing dynasties at the Nanjing Museum.
In 1961, at the age of 25
After completing the teaching course, Mr. Chen Bingxin, the leader of the Chinese Painting Teaching and Research Group, accompanied him to the Jiawang Coal Mine in Xuzhou to delve deeper into life.
In 1962, at the age of 26
Nanjing Academy of Arts has implemented the eight character policy of "adjustment, consolidation, enrichment, and improvement" and announced the closure of Affiliated Middle School before the summer vacation. Students return to their original cities and counties, and only a few are recommended to continue their undergraduate studies.
In November, the working relationship retreated to the Education Department of Jiangsu Province and was reassigned to Changzhou Normal School in Jiangsu Province, which has been decentralized to Wujin County, Zhenjiang Prefecture. First, it worked in the teacher training class, and then base note to the Audio, Sports and Graphic Teaching and Research Group of the Ministry of Teachers as the leader.

In April, I was transferred from Changzhou Normal School in Jiangsu Province and reported to the Education and Culture Office in Zhenjiang. I was assigned to work at the "Zhenjiang Class Education Exhibition".
In 1966, at the age of 30
The Cultural Revolution began. The Class Struggle Exhibition is open normally. Stay at the museum and work, assigned to the exhibition group. Supplement materials for the exhibition.

31 years old in 1967
Participate in the museum's archaeological team to collect revolutionary cultural relics from the countryside, and collect materials such as relics from the battles of the New Fourth Army that year. Transferred to the custody team and on duty at the cultural relics warehouse.
On September 7th, his eldest son Ali was born in Wuxi. Due to applying for Wuxi household registration and taking her mother's surname, she was named Zhao Li.
1968-1975, aged 32-39
During the Cultural Revolution, he was still working in the storage team, guarding the warehouse on night shifts, and the cultural relics were not damaged.

In 1976, at the age of 40
The Tangshan earthquake. Temporarily transferred to work at the Zhenjiang Earthquake Prevention Office and participated in duty.
In 1977, at the age of 41
Representing the cultural system of Zhenjiang City, participated in the three-month investigation of the number of educated youth sent to the countryside by the Municipal Youth Office.
In 1978, at the age of 42
On August 17th, received a notice from the municipal organization department to participate in the preparation work for the reconstruction of the Zhenjiang National Painting Museum.
On September 6th, the Zhenjiang Municipal Party Committee issued Document No. 136, deciding to establish the Zhenjiang Traditional Chinese Painting Museum as the deputy director and in charge of work.
1979, 43 years old
Organize the "Maoshan Anti Japanese Base Area Sketching Exhibition". We have invited relevant leaders and painters from Jiangsu Artists Association, Jiangsu Art Museum, Jiangsu Art Magazine, etc. to visit and provide guidance in Zhenjiang. Decided to expand the area and content, renamed as the "New Fourth Army Journey Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition", and exhibited at the Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum.
Starting from October, we organized painters to go deep into the places where the New Fourth Army fought and lived during the Anti Japanese War to sketch and collect materials.
In 1980, at the age of 44
Create a series of works such as "Yunling - Former Site of the New Fourth Army Headquarters" and "Luoxiao Smoke and Clouds".
From June 10th to 13th, at the invitation of the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Culture, and Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, I participated in the "Jiangsu Provincial Symposium on Fine Arts, Calligraphy, and Gold and Stone Workers".
On the 14th, he was picked up by the Provincial Party Committee at No. 33 Xikang Road Guesthouse to paint. I am fortunate to meet Master Liu Haisu here and pay homage to his paintings and evaluate his ink painting works, which has greatly benefited me.
From July 11th to 24th, I will go to Wuxi, Changshu, Taicang, Jiangyin, Changzhou and other places to sketch.
In December, one seal cutting work was selected for the 4th Jiangsu Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition.
In 1981, Xin You was 45 years old
From January 6th to 20th, the "New Fourth Army Journey Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" was exhibited at the Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum. The Former Site of the Headquarters of the New Fourth Army's Jiangsu Zhejiang Military Region, collected by the Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum.
From March 15th to April 20th, the New Fourth Army Journey Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition was invited to be exhibited at the Palace Museum in Beijing. Central leaders such as Tan Zhenlin, Fang Yi, and Zhang Aiping visited and provided guidance.
Starting from June 13th, organize painters to go deep into Hongze Lake, Suqian, Suining, Huangqiao, Batan, Sihong, Baoying, Gaoyou, Siyang and other places in different regions to sketch and collect materials.

1982, 46 years old
From January 25th to February 7th, the "New Fourth Army Journey Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" was invited to be exhibited at the Zhejiang Exhibition Hall.
On February 24th, the People's Government of Zhenjiang City approved the renaming of the Zhenjiang National Painting Museum to the Zhenjiang Chinese Painting Academy.
In June, due to the strong response of the "New Fourth Army Journey Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" to the Beijing exhibition and its success, it represented the Zhenjiang Chinese Painting Academy at the award ceremony held by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and was awarded the title of "Advanced Collective". At the same time, it was awarded special funds by the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Culture. Ten works, including "Shaoshi Mountain Jade Hairpin Peak", participated in the "New Exploration and Exchange Exhibition of Chinese Painting" and have been exhibited at the Nanjing Museum, Anhui, Fujian, and Shanghai Museums. The Rain Flower Pavilion on the Panlong Bridge was published in the 11th issue of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy.

1985, 49 years old
On October 1st, the "Jiangnan Journey" art exhibition was held at the Zhenjiang Museum. "The Three Mountains Competition" participated in the 18th National Selected Modern Ink Painting Exhibition in Japan (Kyoto Museum of Art, Ueno, Tokyo) and won the Excellence Award. "Exploration of Mi's Landscape" was published in the first issue of the Nanjing Academy of Arts newspaper "Yiyuan".
1986, 50 years old
To supplement the content of the "Jiangnan Journey" art exhibition, painters were organized to go out to sketch in batches in June, September, and October.
On July 16th, one piece of cursive calligraphy was selected for the "Second National Exhibition of Young and Middle aged Calligraphers and Seal Engravers" and included in the collection of works for the exhibition.
In August, "Selected Calligraphy and Painting for the New Fourth Army Journey" was titled by Mr. Shao Yu and published by the People's Fine Arts Publishing House. Selected 15 works including "Yunling Dusk" and "Former Site of the Command Headquarters of the Jiangsu Zhejiang Military Region".

In 1987, at the age of 51
From January 3rd to 12th, served as the leader of the "Zhenjiang City Cultural Exchange Team", was invited to visit the friendly city of Tianjin, Japan, and held the "Ding Guan Jia Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" at the Mie County Art Museum. Former Vice Premier of the State Council, Fang Yi. The exhibits are included in the collection of Ding Guanjia's calligraphy and painting works, published by the Otsuka Art Society in Tokyo, Japan. One calligraphy piece, collected by Daigo Temple in Japan.
On January 10th, one calligraphy work was selected for the "Exhibition of Calligraphy and Seal Engraving Works by Members of the Jiangsu Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers Association" and was awarded as an excellent work.

In 1988, at the age of 52
From January 9th to 24th, 20 works participated in the "Son of the Canal - Grand Canal Sketching Exhibition" and were exhibited at the National Art Museum of China. Mr. Li Keran personally visited and provided guidance.
In March, attended the National Painting Academy Work Conference, presided over by Mr. Liu Boshu, and attended by leaders of the Ministry of Culture and famous painters such as Li Keran, Zhang Ding, and He Haixia.
From June 12 to July 14, he participated in the "Jiangsu Landscape Painting Painting Group" and went to the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to sketch. One piece of running script, participated in the "Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy Ink Treasure Exhibition" held at Shinsei Temple in Narita Mountain, Japan, and was included in the "Contemporary Chinese Ink Treasure Collection".
From July 12th to 17th, one piece of running script participated in the 8th Shudao Exhibition of the Japan Twin Tree Society held at the Nagoya Museum in Japan.
In September, "Singing under the Moon" was collected by the China National Art Museum. The Starry River Fishing Song is collected by the Chinese Artists Association.
In 1989, at the age of 53
On March 18th, he was appointed as one of the first special invited painters by Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting.
From May 12th to 19th, participated in the "Jiangsu Calligraphy and Painting Exchange Team" to visit Japan and served as Secretary General.
In July, Zhao Li, the eldest son, graduated from the Department of Art History at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and stayed in the department to work.

In 1990, at the age of 54

In 1993, at the age of 57

From August 14th to October 30th, I was invited to visit Germany with my wife and held the "Ding Guan Jia Chinese Ink Painting Exhibition" at the Mannheim Museum of Art and the St. Ingolbert Art Center respectively (with the title of Li Lanqing, then Vice Premier of the State Council), and published a collection of paintings in Heidelberg. "Twilight in the Mountain Village" is collected by the Mannheim Museum of Art.
1995, 59 years old
In March, the person's name was included in the "Dictionary of Chinese Ancient and Modern Calligraphers" published by the Oriental Publishing House, and two calligraphy pieces were included in the compilation. From August 12th to September 9th, I was invited to Zhongshan Park in Vancouver, Canada to hold the "Ding Guan Jia Jiangnan Ink Painting Exhibition".
From October 22nd to November 4th, led painters from the Zhenjiang Chinese Academy of Painting to visit the Lanzhou Military Region in Gansu, and went to the Labrang Temple, Bingling Temple, Dunhuang, and Maijishan in Gannan (Xiahe) for inspection and sketching.
In 1998, at the age of 62
From March 15th to 19th, one piece of running script participated in the "1998 Asia Art Invitation Exhibition" held at the Sejong Cultural Association in SEOU, South Korea.
From December 8th to 13th, the "Zhenjiang Chinese Academy of Painting Exhibition" was exhibited in the southwest hall of the China National Art Museum. 8 works exhibited.
At the same time, the "Collection of Paintings of Zhenjiang Chinese Academy" (signed by Mr. Yaming) was published by Jiangsu Fine Arts Publishing House, with 10 works included in the compilation. 2000, 64 years old
From May 17th to August 9th, I was invited to visit Japan with my wife and held the "Ding Guan Jia Painting Exhibition" in Tokyo and Qiyu respectively (Mr. Qian Juntao's inscription)
On June 16th, it was awarded the certificate of enjoying government special allowances by the State Council.
On the 30th, participated in the 40th anniversary celebration of the graduation of the 55th cohort of students from the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing Normal University, and held the "Classmate Art Exhibition" at the Jiangsu Provincial Art Museum.
65 years old in 2001
On October 7th, I visited the "Centennial Chinese Painting Exhibition" at the National Art Museum of China, and "Spring Mountain After New Rain" was selected and included in the "Centennial Chinese Painting Collection".
From October 21st to December 2nd, I was invited to visit Zurich, Switzerland and hold two "Jiangnan Poetry - Ding Guanjia Painting Exhibition"
In 2002, 66 years old
From May 4th to 20th, the "Ding Guanjia Landscape Painting Exhibition" was held at the "Jingping Art Salon" in Beijing Modern City.
From June 13th to 17th, two works, "The Sound of the Morning Valley" and "The Clear Sound of the Valley", participated in the "2002 Contemporary Korean Chinese Representative Painters Joint Exhibition" and were simultaneously exhibited at the Sejong Art Museum and the Shuiyuan University Art Museum in Seoul, South Korea. Taihang Autumn Colors, collected by Shuiyuan University. Visit South Korea for 5 days.
In November, retired and moved to Beijing.
67 years old in 2003

In 2004, at the age of 68
One calligraphy piece with thirteen Tang poems, participated in the "Jiangsu Calligrapher Works Exhibition" held at the China National Art Museum.
On August 7th, his second son Ding Yuan married Meihe.
From September 17th to October 30th, I was invited to visit Germany with my wife and hold the "Ding Guan Jia Hua Exhibition" at the Mannheim Museum of History and the Ruins Museum of Marx's hometown of Terrier.
After studying abroad in Japan and obtaining a postdoctoral degree, his second son Ding Yuan returned to China and was transferred to teach at the School of Architecture of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
In 2005, at the age of 69
On January 8, he began to work on two landscape paintings, "the Taihu Lake Lake Fishing Song" and "Morning Glory Full of Sky", to donate for tsunami disaster relief in Indonesia and other countries.
From June 3rd to 6th, the first Jiangnan Tea and Painting Festival (tea tasting, painting viewing, gathering) was organized and held at the Biyu Garden in the southern suburbs of Zhenjiang. Eleven senior directors of art academies and museums from various cities in Jiangsu Province attended. 2006, 70 years old

71 years old in 2007
On April 28th, the United Nations Family Art Exhibition of Chinese Painters in the Same World, hosted by the State Council Information Office and the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, opened at the National Art Museum of China. "Island Country and Sea Charm" participated in the exhibition.
From May 19th to 24th, participated in a group led by Chairman Liu Dawei of the China Artists Association to visit Gannan for condolences and sketching activities.

On May 15th, I stayed up all night painting and donated to the relief efforts for the Wenchuan earthquake.

From May 28th to June 7th, Zhao Li was invited by the Ministry of Culture to curate the "Venice Biennale" at the China Pavilion. Follow his visit and visit the Venice Biennale, as well as explore the numerous bridges and alleys in Venice and collect information.

In September, Ding Guanjia, a collection of contemporary Chinese masters, was published by Beijing People's Fine Arts Publishing House.
From the 9th to the 16th, the "Ink Color Mind Ding Guan Jia Landscape Painting Art Exhibition" will be held at the 2nd and 3rd exhibition halls of the China National Art Museum, sponsored by the China International Cultural Communication Center, the China National Art Museum, the China Artists Association, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture, the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the People's Government of Zhenjiang City.
