The National Art Fund is a public welfare fund approved by the State Council, aimed at promoting artistic creation, creating and promoting original masterpieces, cultivating artistic talents, and promoting the healthy development of the national art industry. Since its establishment at the end of 2013, a total of 4043 projects have been funded in five types: stage art works, communication and promotion, art talent cultivation, young art creative talents, and art creation. These projects have played a positive role in stimulating the vitality of art creation in the whole society and promoting the healthy development of the national art industry.

New vision of chinese art 2018 - National Art Fund Youth Art Creation Talents (Fine Arts, Calligraphy, Photography, Arts and Crafts) Rolling Sponsored Works Tour is a selection of works from the National Art Fund's 2014, 2015, and 2016 Fine Arts, Calligraphy, Photography, Arts and Crafts Creation Talents, and Art Talent Training Sponsored Projects. The works are coordinated and organized by the Art Fund to utilize the results. The authors who created these works include young artists from professional art institutions, young teachers from art schools, and young artistic talents who work independently in society. Organizing and exhibiting their works reflects the further support of the National Art Fund for youth art creation, as well as the strength and intensity of encouraging youth art development from the perspective of national overall culture in the new era context.

A strong youth leads to a strong country, and the flourishing of youth art leads to the flourishing of Chinese art. From the perspective of national culture, observing the creative ecology and development trend of youth art is a exploration and outlook for the current and future of Chinese art. In this sense, the integration of macro cultural strategies and artistic ontology demands calls for the masterpiece of the new generation of Chinese artists, jointly constructing the dimension of artistic spirit in the new era.

In 2018, China celebrated the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up. Over the past 40 years, under the strong leadership of the CPC, hundreds of millions of people have forged ahead and worked together to write a magnificent epic of national and national development. As is well known, Shenzhen is one of the earliest economic special zones established in China, always standing at the forefront of reform and opening up. This city was born out of reform and became strong out of openness, witnessing the earth shattering transformation of China. Therefore, this exhibition takes "Southern Metropolis·Shenzhen Hong Kong Macao Tour" as the academic theme of the tour. From the perspective of selecting exhibition works, the artistic level and academic quality of the works are important indicators, while taking into account the comprehensiveness of art categories (Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, sculpture, calligraphy, lacquer painting, arts and crafts, photography, etc.) and the targeted regional sections, striving to present the height and breadth of the overall academic appearance of the works in a condensed form. At the same time, based on the theme and style of the relevant works, we divide the works into three thematic sections: "Homeland and National Soul", "Urban Linquan（The Heart of Breaking Away from Secular Utilitarianism in Cities）", and "ink Heart Seal", using theme logic as a clue. From different dimensions and perspectives, we showcase the artistic thinking and creative strength of the new generation of Chinese art in the new era, demonstrating the vitality and potential of Chinese youth art creation.
