The exhibition "THE UPCOMING TREND: POETRY AND THOUGHTS IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" is not merely a showcase of the fusion between technology and art, but also a forward-thinking exploration of the future. Against the backdrop of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a pilot zone for innovative applications of artificial intelligence, Shenzhen, as a cutting-edge city in global AI technology, has always been driving the interaction and collision between technology and art. From China's first special legislation on the AI industry to becoming a leader in national general AI industrial innovation, Shenzhen's attempts to embrace the new have brought broader and more far-reaching momentum to the city.

As a national key art museum, Guan Shanyue Art Museum is committed to promoting the innovative development of public cultural undertakings in this process. Through its academic brand of "Art and Technology," it has built a cultural highland facing the future. The "Art and Technology" project is a key part of the digital museum project construction of Guan Shanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen, which has been included in the city's 13th Five-Year Plan. Research on art and technology is also a key academic direction for the future development of Guan Shanyue Art Museum. Since 2022, we have held three exhibitions related to art and technology from different research directions and will continue to deepen research and practice in this field in the future.

This year, the art museum continues to launch the "2024 Art and Technology" brand activity through innovative combinations of art and technology. Leveraging Shenzhen's regional characteristics as a hub for AI high-tech industries, we have invited academic institutions such as the School of Intermedia Art, China Academy of Art, and the Lightning Institute to collaborate. Taking artistic reflections on "POETRY AND THOUGHTS IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" as the starting point, we have planned the exhibition through multi-dimensional innovative approaches such as AIGC, live audio-visual performances, and interactive art, presenting an exhibition space closely integrated with Shenzhen, a pioneer city. Here, we not only showcase the impact of technology on art forms but also explore the deep-level changes that technology brings to human spirit and social reality through the language of art.

"POETRY AND THOUGHTS IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE" takes the future as its vision and art as its carrier, inviting every visitor to enter a world full of poetry and philosophical thoughts. Amid the intertwining of art and technology, we ponder the challenges and possibilities that technology brings to humanity. We hope that through this exhibition, we can bring a brand-new cultural experience to Shenzhen audiences and jointly witness a future where art and technology dance together.
