  •  The "Dialogue - Invitation Exhibition of Returned Oil Painters' Works", jointly organized by Shenzhen Guanshan Yue Art Museum and Shenzhen Newspaper Group, is the third exhibition held after the "Dialogue - Invitation Exhibition of Oil Painters' Works in Russia" (2009) and "Dialogue - Invitation Exhibition of Oil Painters' Works in the United States and Russia" (2010), which have received good industry and social feedback.

In the 1980s, with the opening up of the country in the cultural and economic fields, more and more oil painters had the opportunity to contact and understand Western art. Western modern painting became an important reference for Chinese oil painters to update their artistic concepts and change their artistic styles. Under this opportunity, a large number of young artists with dreams and a love for oil painting art have embarked on the path of "learning from classics" in the West without hesitation. This has formed such a special artistic group.

"Dialogue - Invitation Exhibition of Returned Oil Painters' Works" will showcase 65 oil paintings by thirteen artists who have lived or studied in the United States, Russia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. To showcase to the public the excellent works created by three generations of returning artists, including the elderly, middle-aged, and young, who have lived and studied abroad for many years, and to share their thoughts and artistic concepts under the influence of multiculturalism. We believe that through the exchange and communication of this exhibition, it will bring a unique artistic enjoyment and emotion to the audience in Shenzhen.
