Mr. Yang Deheng has served as Vice President of Liaoning Academy of Painting, Executive Vice President of Liaoning Hushe Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, Deputy Secretary General of Liaoning Chinese Painting Research Association, Art Director of Hong Kong World Famous Artists Federation, and Senior Advisor of Hong Kong International Academy of Painting and Calligraphy. I have successively engaged in professional art creation at the Liaoning Branch of the China Artists Association, the Liaoning Art Museum, and the Liaoning Academy of Painting. I am currently a national first-class artist, a member of the China Artists Association, a researcher at the Calligraphy and Painting Institute of the Central Museum of Culture and History, and a government special allowance expert under the State Council.

 Mr. Yang Deheng was born in September 1939 in Dandong, Liaoning. In 1956, he was admitted to the Affiliated Middle School of Northeast Art College. In 1964, he graduated from the Flower and Bird Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. The eight years of study at the Academy of Fine Arts have laid a solid foundation for its specialization. After more than 50 years of professional learning and practice, combining artistic exploration with life experience, the art of meticulous flower and bird painting has gradually reached its ultimate level. He is a high-ranking figure of Professor Zhao Mengzhu and Professor Zhong Zhifu, who values learning from his teachers and conveys the spirit of the times through his writing. Skilled in meticulous brushwork and heavy colors, with a long and boneless appearance, particularly skilled in painting cranes, his works convey a pure, upright, peaceful, and elegant atmosphere.

 Mr. Yang's works have participated in national art exhibitions and overseas exhibitions multiple times, and multiple works have won awards. Works such as "Rice Fragrance Season", "Proud Snow", "Spring Returns", "Nurturing", "Guteng Fengchun", and "Fight  Fengyun" have been selected for national art exhibitions and national level exhibitions respectively. "Spring Returns" won the Excellent Award at the 6th National Art Exhibition; "Fight Feng Yun" won the National Fine Arts Exhibition Award; Participated in 56 provincial-level or above exhibitions and won 17 provincial-level awards. The work has been exhibited in 16 countries including Japan, the United States, the former Soviet Union, and Germany. Personal art exhibitions have been held in Singapore, South Korea, the China Art Museum in Beijing, the Liu Hai Su Art Museum in Shanghai, Shenyang, Qingdao, Yantai, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and other places.

Mr. Yang's works are included in 51 collections including "Complete Collection of Modern Chinese Art" and "Series of New Chinese Literature and Art"; More than 360 works have been published in publications at or above the provincial level, such as Fine Arts, Art Watch, Chinese Painter, People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Hong Kong Wenhui Daily, China Culture Daily, Philippines Daily, Singapore Lianhe Zaobao and other Chinese and foreign newspapers or in other forms; Published 17 review articles and 11 self written papers. He has published "Yang Deheng's Painting Collection" and "Yang Deheng's 50th Anniversary of Art Sketching Works Collection". He has written works such as "Freehand Crane Painting Techniques", "Crane Painting Techniques", "Yang Deheng Painting Cranes", and "Yang Deheng Painting Boneless Paintings". The China National Art Museum, Tiananmen Square Tower, Diaoyutai State Guesthouse of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zhongnanhai Purple Light Pavilion, Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Military Museum, Jingxi Hotel of the General Administration, and Jingfeng Art Museum of the General Administration have collected a total of 26 of his works. The biography includes over a hundred classic works such as "World Figures Dictionary".
