 The paintings presented before us are a sincere gift from Shenzhen Art School for the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.

 Shenzhen Art School has grown from scratch, from small to large, nurtured by the sunshine and rain of the reform and opening up of the special economic zone, into an art park with certain influence both domestically and internationally. The exhibitions only showcase fragments or microcosms of the urban development process, witnessing the entire process of Shenzhen Economic Zone evolving from a border town to an international modern metropolis.

 Here, different contents such as painting, sculpture, and design are concentrated; In various forms such as oil painting, traditional Chinese painting, printmaking, watercolor, and comprehensive painting. These works are both rigorously crafted characters and uniquely conceived designs; Whether it is Chinese painting that emphasizes artistic blank space or Western painting that emphasizes color proportion; Its exquisite craftsmanship and clear water hibiscus complement each other, and the authors' artistic skills can also be seen from it.  The authors of the exhibited works are all teachers of the art major at Shenzhen Art School. They not only have a great passion for education, but also are very persistent in artistic creation. They are well aware that art practice and teaching work are inseparable and are the two wings of the overall work of teachers. The improvement of teachers' artistic quality and academic level cannot be separated from art practice and artistic creation. The improvement of artistic quality and academic level is conducive to the improvement of teachers' teaching, promoting the improvement of teaching level, thereby promoting the reform of school teaching and improving the quality of school teaching, and making contributions to the cultural construction of Shenzhen City and the cultivation of more excellent art talents in national art colleges.
