As the first public art museum in Shenzhen to systematically implement delayed opening at night, Guanshanyue Art Museum deeply integrates the concept of cultural benefit to the people into the "Night of Art Museums" practical activity. Since the launch of night services in 2023, the art museum has broken through traditional operational boundaries and launched a series of inclusive measures with the aim of "all ages, all domains, and all hours". In 2024, this project was nominated as an excellent public education project by the National Art Museum of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the reserved spots for the event were even more impressive.
The annual theme of "Night at the Art Museum" in 2025 is "Art Night Boat: Entering the Boundless Art Museum". Centered around the concept of "boundarylessness", this "Night at the Art Museum" launched a "Starry Night Art Tour" with numerous educational and entertaining activities designed for children. Even the program list was set up as a foldable paper airplane, with professional guidance and space for children to freely express themselves on site, attracting many parent-child families to actively participate. The scene was extremely popular and the atmosphere was hot.
The "Art Museum Night" that evening centered around the original play "I Want to See the Sea" by the Little comma Children's Theater, and connected a series of interactive activities to attract children to fully immerse themselves. I'm Going to See the Sea "is adapted from the classic children's picture book" A Different Carmela ", telling the adventure story of a little chicken who persistently pursues the sea, breaks through conventions, and bravely ventures into the unknown.

The improvisational lines added by the theater actors guide the children into the exhibition hall, blending into the plot of the play and the exhibition setting.
At the entrance of the exhibition hall, young viewers follow in the footsteps of Little Chicken Xiaolan, experiencing the growth philosophy of "life is more fun than laying eggs" in the dramatic plot; Inside the exhibition hall, the classic collection exhibition area of Guan Shanyue Art Museum is transformed into a natural backdrop. The exhibition "Tracing the Origins of Handwriting - Guan Shanyue's Sketching Road from the Perspective of Sky and Sky" echoes the theme of drama - the artist's footsteps measuring mountains and rivers, and the courage of a chick rushing to the stars and the sea interweave into a dual narrative about exploration and breakthrough in the exhibition hall.

Encounter the NPC embodied Polaroid "Starlight Camera" in the exhibition hall, participate in a hide and seek game with the "Adventure Invitation" in hand, and put the summer night starlight into a unique photo frame.
The once solemn and quiet art museum in the daytime has now transformed into a joyful ocean of stars, with even the light and shadow on the pillars dancing with the laughter of children. This artistic night voyage, named 'Boundless', not only breaks the boundaries of space and time, but also takes art from the palace to the world of fireworks.
The audience who participated in the event also responded to the original intention of the event with sincere feedback. Ms. He, who brought her child to participate in the event, said, "This is my first time taking my child to participate in a night art museum activity, which completely subverts my imagination of an art museum! Here, there is both drama to inspire imagination and free creative space, and it is completely free. After the performance, the audience walked into "Tracing the Origin of Handwriting - The Road of Guan Shanyue's Sketching from the Perspective of Space and Sky", experiencing the wonderful connection between remote sensing satellite data, digital AI technology, and classic landscape painting.
