The "New Year Care" series of public welfare concerts is the first cross-border cooperation between 

Shenzhen Guanshanyue Art Museum and Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre, and is also an 

important part of our museum's "2025 Spring Appreciation Plan". This event focuses on "New Year 

Care" and combines the exhibition "Humanistic Bay Area · Radiant Intangible Cultural Heritage" 

Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Intangible Cultural Heritage Collection. From the 

13th to the 15th of the New Year, three public welfare concerts will be held to celebrate the New Year 

together with citizens and friends, conveying the traditional New Year's blessing of "New Year peace, 

everlasting music", and experiencing the eternal Chinese New Year in a festive atmosphere and artistic 

temperature.

Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre's "New Year Care" Series Public Welfare Concert

The Shenzhen Opera and Dance Theatre Chorus was established in September 2019, under the leadership and care of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, and in the grand context of building a demonstration zone for socialism with Chinese characteristics, based on the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, as a high standard and professional choir group. All members have graduated from top professional music schools both domestically and internationally, possessing profound cultural heritage and artistic cultivation. Since its establishment, the choir has hosted or participated in numerous major artistic events and performances both domestically and internationally. In the future, it will be built into a first-class professional choir in China and internationally renowned, contributing its own strength to promote the prosperity and development of China's choir art industry.

Shenzhen Opera and Dance Drama Theatre was established in 2018, positioned as a state-owned 

public welfare cultural enterprise. It has a opera troupe, a dance drama troupe, and a choir, mainly 

engaged in opera and dance drama creation and performance, undertaking important performance 

tasks, providing public cultural services and cultural exchanges with foreign countries. It is an 

important force for the prosperity of Shenzhen's literary and artistic creation. The theatre adheres to 

the purpose of "Chinese style, contemporary style, and international perspective", creates high-quality

 opera and dance drama works, launches a series of public welfare performances, tells Chinese stories

 well in the contemporary context, promotes the spirit of hard work, and inherits national culture.

Starting from 2023, Shenzhen Guanshan Yue Art Museum will be the first in the city to launch delayed

 opening services for art museums, exploring new forms of delayed services for art museums, 

expanding the cultural service ecosystem, and continuously enriching and expanding the cross-border

 art experience of "Art Museum Night". Since the launch of the delayed opening service in the city in 

2023, it has received about 20000 visitors at night and held a total of 22 "Art Museum Nights" special 

events, attracting more than 7000 enthusiastic participants.
