The chronological order changes, and the chapter of glory opens again. On the evening of January 5, 2024, a string quartet concert titled "Flower Branches and Spring Full" was held at the Guanshan Yue Art Museum in Shenzhen, marking the beginning of the new year.
The "Art Museum Night" event is hosted by Shenzhen Guanshan Yue Art Museum and Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, and organized by Shenzhen Daoshang Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. It conveys warm and beautiful New Year greetings to everyone through the beauty of art and music at the beginning of the year.
The concert opened with a surprise solo harp performance, and harp performers from the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra brought two classic pieces: "Oriental Dance" and "Norma Variations". The dance music is magnificent and smooth, with intricate and colorful variations, leaving the audience unsatisfied and immersed in the warm and gentle atmosphere created by the music.
Wang Xinni, Deputy Director of Guanshanyue Art Museum, delivered a welcome speech. She said that every "Art Museum Night" is meticulously organized by the team with customized theme planning, hoping to bring different surprises to the audience.
As a cooperative unit for jointly building and sharing services for the benefit of the people, this is also the second attempt of the Guan Shan Yue Art Museum and the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra to hold the "Art Museum Night" public welfare activity across the arts. We hope to send sincere blessings to everyone through the new vitality of art and music.
In the new year, both sides will work together towards the United States, continuously exploring and deepening new forms and contents of cultural public welfare activities, and providing everyone with higher quality, rich and diverse public cultural services.
The string quartet played in the flickering candlelight, and four performers from the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra presented a string feast for the live audience, showcasing the fusion and collision of Chinese elegance and Western classics.
A timely and timely "New Year Music" opens happily, presenting a scene of the Chinese New Year; Subsequently, "Jasmine Flower" and "Night Fragrance" fully display the graceful and tender emotions of the East, evoking long memories; Then, entering the classic movements of classical music, Haydn's "Skylark" dances and sings in the air, and the breath of spring permeates the earth; Afterwards, Vivaldi's "Spring" in "Four Seasons" brought the audience to the beautiful countryside and shared the leisurely pastoral scenery; Afterwards, the classic work of "Eastern Orchestra Representative Work", "Yao Dance Music", made a splendid debut, like a "primitive" folk painting of the Yao people in Liannan, Guangdong, singing and dancing, celebrating festivals; Finally, the unique national "New Year flavor" of "Flowers and Full Moon" cleanses the soul, turns the lingering charm into resonance, and attracts the audience to respond softly and involuntarily.
The fusion of Eastern and Western music, the dialogue of string quartets, and the resonance between the young generation of meticulous painters in the exhibition hall and the city and the times, have given rise to new artistic vitality. This "Art Museum Night" takes music and art as a link, connecting the audience, going to mountains and rivers together, and celebrating the new year together.
