Sun Qian, founder and chairman of Hanhe Culture. The initiator and curator of the China project for the Earth Art Festival. have been engaged in art industry planning, creativity, and curation for over 20 years, and have participated in international cultural exchanges. main focus is on exploring and transforming cross disciplinary cultural and creative values, as well as practicing regional art festivals. In 2016, his wife founded the Chinese art base Huayuan in Vietnam; In 2018, he jointly launched the China Earth Art Festival plan with Mr. Kitagawa Furo and led the planning and implementation of the "Art in Fuliang 2021" village plan and the "Art in Qiaoshan - Guangdong Nanhai Earth Art Festival 2022".

The Earth Art Festival is actually a "regional art festival", and the core of this model is based on problem-solving, achieved through local principles and methodologies such as "curating for the region, creating locally, and developing locally in the long term".
