According to the work arrangement of the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province's Public Institutions in 2025", the list of personnel who have passed the qualification review for the public recruitment of our institution and the relevant interview matters are hereby announced as follows.

1、 List of Interviewees

Candidates who have passed the written test and qualification review have been shortlisted for the interview (see attachment for details).

2、 Interview time, location, and registration requirements

（1） Interview Time: June 5th, 2025 (Thursday)

（2） Interview location: Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Guanshanyue Art Museum, Shenzhen

（3） Registration requirements: Candidates participating in the interview must bring their valid resident ID card and gather at the back door of Guanshan Yue Art Museum in Shenzhen before 9:00 am on June 5, 2025 (Thursday) to sign in and verify their identity. Those who are late, absent, or do not bring valid identification materials will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their eligibility for the interview.

3、 Interview format

Adopt a structured interview approach.

4、 Interview passing score line

The interview score is based on a percentage system, with a passing score of 60 points. The comprehensive score of the applicant is composed of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score, rounded to two decimal places. The passing score for the comprehensive score is 60 points.

5、 Regarding precautions

1. The interview site is under closed management, and candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting area without authorization. When entering the waiting area, candidates should store personal belongings (such as mobile phones) that are not related to the interview in a designated location and return them after the interview.

2. Candidates are required to comply with the management of the on-site staff during the interview. Those who violate the interview regulations will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the "Regulations on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Rules in Public Recruitment of Public Institutions".

3. After entering the interview room, candidates must follow the examiner's instructions and are not allowed to report, disclose or imply personal information. Violators will have their interview qualifications cancelled.

4. After the interview, the examiner will conduct on-site scoring, and after the candidate confirms and signs, the interview score notification will be issued.

5. Any matters not covered in this announcement shall be subject to the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates by Guangdong Provincial Institutions in 2025" and relevant regulations.
