According to the relevant provisions of the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates by Guangdong Provincial Public Institutions in 2025", the following are hereby notified of the qualification review work for the recruitment positions of college graduates by Guangdong Provincial Public Institutions in 2025 at Shenzhen Guanshanyue Art Museum:

1、 Qualified interviewees

According to the Announcement on the Passing Score Line for the Written Examination of College Graduates in Shenzhen Municipal Public Institutions for Centralized Public Recruitment in Guangdong Province in 2025, the passing score line for the written examination of recruitment positions in Shenzhen Municipal Public Institutions is 60 points. Among the qualified candidates in the written test, the list of shortlisted interviewees will be determined based on their written test scores and a 1:5 ratio of the number of job vacancies. If the number of qualified candidates in the written test does not reach a 1:5 ratio, all qualified candidates in the written test will be selected as candidates for the interview.

2、 Qualification review

Prior to the interview, an on-site qualification review will be conducted to determine whether the shortlisted candidates meet the basic requirements and specific job requirements of the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province's Institutions in 2025".

If the shortlisted interviewees fail to participate in the qualification review within the prescribed time, it shall be deemed as automatic abandonment; If the documents (proofs) are incomplete and cannot be completed before the end of the qualification review period or do not meet the recruitment requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled, and the recruiting unit, Shenzhen Guanshanyue Art Museum, will notify the relevant reasons in writing. Those who have been disqualified from the interview and have objections can apply for a review to the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports within 3 working days from the date of receiving written notification.

If the candidate for qualification review is disqualified from the interview due to not meeting the recruitment requirements, they will be replaced in order of their written test scores among the qualified candidates for the same position.

Candidates who have passed the qualification review will be identified as interviewees. The list of interviewees and the passing score for the interview will be announced on the official website of Guanshanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen. The specific time and location of the interview shall be subject to the interview notice on the official website of Guanshanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen.

3、 Matters related to qualification review

（1） Qualification review time

Phase 1: On Monday, May 19, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, all shortlisted interviewees will submit their qualification review materials on site.

Phase 2: On Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 9:30-12:00 am, candidates who have received notification to be shortlisted for interviews will submit their qualification review materials on site. If there is no replacement situation, the qualification review and replacement process will not be arranged on May 22nd.

Please bring your registration form and valid resident ID card to the qualification review site before 3:00 pm on the day of the review, and wait at the site until the qualification review for the position you applied for is completed. After arriving at the venue, candidates must sign in. Those who are late, absent, or do not bring valid identification materials will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their interview qualifications and will not be arranged separately. Please prepare the relevant materials for the qualification review for candidates who have not yet been shortlisted for the interview but have passed the written test and ranked high, and pay attention to keeping communication open so that they can be contacted in a timely manner in case of a replacement. Those who are unable to contact or fail to submit the qualification review materials on time will be deemed to have waived their eligibility for replacement.

（2） Qualification review location

（3） Requirements for Qualification Review Materials

Candidates who enter the qualification review must provide materials in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates by Guangdong Provincial Institutions in 2025" and the "Application Guidelines".

Candidates are required to provide materials (see Attachment 2 for details), including: registration form (printed by candidates themselves from the registration system), valid resident ID card, academic certificates and degree certificates for all educational levels at or above college level, verification materials, and other supporting documents required for the job application requirements. In addition to the above materials, the following additional materials must be provided based on the individual's situation or job requirements:

1. Relevant proof materials such as foreign academic qualifications and degree certification letters issued by relevant institutions under the Ministry of Education of China are required. Applicants can log in to the website of the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad Service Center (H ttp://Www.Cscse.Edu.Cn ）Query the requirements and procedures for authentication. Individuals who have obtained foreign academic qualifications or degrees within the country (territory) must obtain a certification letter for their academic qualifications or degrees issued by relevant institutions under the Ministry of Education. If the academic degree certificate is issued by a foreign institution, a Chinese translation issued by a qualified translation agency should also be provided.

2. If the applicant's major is not listed in the "Catalogue of Civil Servant Majors" (without a major code), they can choose to apply for a similar major in the "Catalogue of Civil Servant Majors". The required courses of the major must be basically the same as the main courses required for the recruitment position, and during the interview qualification review, they must provide graduation certificates (for those who have already graduated), transcripts of their major courses, explanations of course comparisons, and the basis for the establishment of majors by the graduation institution.

3. For graduates in 2025 who are temporarily unable to provide graduation certificates or degree certificates, they must provide their student ID card, a graduate employment recommendation form with departmental recommendation opinions issued by their attending school (during the investigation stage, proof of graduation and degree qualification issued by their attending school must be provided), and a transcript of their courses (stamped by the academic affairs office). Failure to obtain graduation certificates, degree certificates, and other proof materials required for the position within the time limit specified in the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province's Public Institutions in 2025" will result in non employment.

4. The Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province's Institutions in 2025 and its Annex 2 "Application Guidelines" require applicants who are "non working" graduates to provide a personal commitment statement. The commitment content should include that the applicant's enrollment method is to participate in the national unified examination or other nationally recognized methods, and the learning method is to study full-time in school (i.e. full-time study), which meets the relevant requirements of "non working".

5. Except for the 2025 regular college graduates (non employed) who are enrolled by the national unified enrollment system, other personnel applying for positions that are "restricted to fresh graduates" must provide relevant proof materials that have not established a personnel or labor relationship with the employer in accordance with the requirements of the "Announcement on the Centralized Public Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province in 2025" and its Annex 2 "Application Guidelines", such as a temporary employment agreement, proof of file preservation, proof of unemployment, social security payment records (or screenshots of social security payment websites), etc. If the category of candidates for the recruitment position is "fresh graduates", applicants are not allowed to apply for majors other than the highest education level, but must apply for majors with the highest education level.

6. Staff members in government agencies and public institutions must provide proof of their current employer's consent to apply.

Candidates should provide original materials for on-site staff to verify, and provide copies for the qualification review unit to retain. Failure to prepare materials as required or incomplete materials will result in disqualification from qualification review. Candidates can supplement materials on site (they can contact others to help deliver them, and they cannot leave the qualification review site). If the qualification review is not yet completed, they can participate in the qualification review again in the order of completing the materials.

4、 Other matters

（1） The review materials provided by applicants must be complete and authentic. If the materials are incomplete, they will not be allowed to enter the interview; Applicants who provide false materials will have their examination or employment qualifications cancelled upon verification, and will be held accountable strictly in accordance with relevant regulations.
