  • The joint construction of museums and schools promotes the mutual growth of "teaching" and "research". The "New Future - Poetry and Thought in the Era of Artificial Intelligence" has sparked cutting-edge discussions on "art and technology" through the combination of technology and artistic imagination, and has received high attention from domestic professional scholars and university teachers and students. The exhibition combines the regional characteristics of Shenzhen as a high-tech industry in artificial intelligence, with "Poetry and Thought in the Age of Artificial Intelligence" as the entry point. It gathers the works of 11 representative domestic artists and plans and presents the exhibition through multi-dimensional innovative methods such as digital art, artificial intelligence art, live audio-visual performances, and interactive art. Since its launch, the exhibition has been deeply loved by a large number of visitors, and has attracted experts, scholars, artists, university teachers and students, and art enthusiasts from Shenzhen and all over the country to come and exchange ideas. The total number of visitors has exceeded 50000. The related topics have received particular attention from professionals in universities. Teachers and students from eight universities, including China Academy of Art, Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Southern University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Shenzhen University, and Shenzhen University of Technology, have come to visit and exchange ideas.

Today, Shenzhen has become a "city of innovation" that is moving towards a global hub of technological innovation. Here, many benchmark companies in the technology industry such as Huawei, Tencent, and DJI have emerged, and research forces from universities such as Southern University of Science and Technology and Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) have also rapidly risen. The developed high-tech industry and high concentration of top scientific and technological talents make Shenzhen's title as the "City of Science and Technology" well deserved. It is in this context that Guan Shanyue Art Museum regards the study of "art and technology" as one of the key academic directions for the future, and the "art and technology" project has become a key part of the construction of Guan Shanyue Art Museum's digital art museum project, and has been included in Shenzhen's 13th Five Year Plan. This project will continue to leverage Shenzhen's local advantages and collaborate with universities and high-tech enterprises in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area to jointly build a cultural highland for the future.

As the fourth exhibition launched by the "Art and Technology" series of academic brand projects, "New Future - Poetry and Thought in the Era of Artificial Intelligence" not only promotes exchanges and cooperation between Guanshanyue Art Museum, Shenzhen, the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and universities across the country, but also constructs a new art production space and platform through the deep integration of art and education, culture and technology, bringing more possibilities for future artistic innovation and cultural development.

On the opening day of the exhibition, Chen Junyu, the director of Guanshanyue Art Museum in Shenzhen, and Min Han, the vice president of the Cross Media Art School of China Academy of Art, signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. Both parties take this exhibition as an opportunity to explore a new model of "museum school cooperation", which will be implemented in the "Urban Art Laboratory" in the future. Combining Shenzhen's local scientific research advantages, it will further expand the innovative integration of technology and art, inspire new research ideas, and provide a new path for both parties to achieve resource complementarity and deep cooperation. Meanwhile, Min Han, Vice Dean of the Cross Media Art School at the China Academy of Art, stated that this exhibition is not only a wonderful fusion of technology and art, but also a profound reflection on the future. The exhibition not only showcases how technology shapes artistic expression, but also inspires us to contemplate the profound relationship between technology and the human spirit.

Guanshan Yue Art Museum has reached a long-term cooperation agreement with the Cross Media Art School of China Academy of Art to jointly build a research platform for "art and technology". At the same time, the art museum actively collaborates with universities in Shenzhen. At present, strategic cooperation agreements have been signed with universities such as Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Shenzhen University's Art and Technology Cross border Innovation Laboratory, and Shenzhen University of Technology's School of Creative Design regarding the research direction of the Digital Art Museum. Through strategic cooperation with universities, we will connect their professional resources with academic research in art museums, fully utilize their respective resource advantages, equipment advantages, and talent advantages, broaden new models of museum school cooperation, and promote the theoretical construction of art museum studies and the development of digital technology achievements.

The implementation of the museum school interconnection project will help gather cutting-edge academic forces from across the country, jointly promote academic research on art and technology at Guanshanyue Art Museum, and enrich and improve the public cultural construction of the museum.
