With the support of the Special Fund for the Promotion and Cultural Development of Shenzhen City, the "Cultural Heritage Inheritance - Chinese Freehand Oil Painting School Works Exhibition" has been successfully held for eight consecutive years since 2015, with Fan Di'an, Chairman of the China Artists Association, as the overall planner and jointly organized by the Shenzhen Guanshanyue Art Museum and the Beijing Contemporary Chinese Freehand Oil Painting Research Institute. The project conducts an academic review and annual summary of the practical achievements of contemporary freehand oil painting creation in China through an annual exhibition, continuously promoting the innovative development of contemporary freehand oil painting in China.

The 2024 "Cultural Heritage Inheritance - Exhibition of Works of the Chinese Freehand Oil Painting School" aims to continue to focus on the artistic exploration and academic construction of still life themes based on Chinese cultural spirit, Eastern patterns, and expression methods, based on the academic achievements of the "Mood · Story - The First Chinese Freehand Oil Painting Still Life Special Research Exhibition". Through a still life special exhibition, it will present the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese freehand oil painting in the field of still life themes. We hope that oil painters will actively create and participate.

II、 Work Review Committee

The work evaluation committee is composed of the Academic Committee of Beijing Contemporary Chinese Freehand Oil Painting Research Institute.

III、 Exhibition location and duration

Exhibition location: Guanshanyue Art Museum, Shenzhen

Extension: November 25th to December 15th, 2024 (subject to actual exhibition time)

IV、 Scope of Exhibition Works Collection

1. We plan to select 70-80 exhibition works from the nationwide collection of works.

2. We plan to invite 15 artists to participate in the exhibition. The invited artists will be nominated and approved by the Academic Committee of Beijing Contemporary Chinese Freehand Oil Painting Research Institute.

V、 Works collection

1. Submission deadline: October 15, 2024

2. The submission email is: Wmcxjw2024@163.Com

3. Submission requirements: Please provide high-resolution and clear photos of the submitted work, as well as the author's ID card photo and contact information, and send them to the email (with a photo resolution of not less than 2500x2500dpi). Be sure to annotate the image file name in the following order of information: author name, work title, specifications and dimensions, work material, and creation year

4. Due to still life themes and exhibition lines, the width and height of the submitted works must not exceed 2 meters (including frames)

VI、 Work review

1. The work review committee conducts preliminary evaluations on all submitted works.

2. After the initial evaluation is completed, the organizer will notify the shortlisted authors to send their original works for re evaluation. The authors are required to mount and frame the works themselves and provide sturdy packaging boxes. Please refer to the re evaluation notice for specific details at that time.

VII、 Certificate

1. The organizer will send honor certificates to invited artists and selection certificates to selected authors.

2. The organizer will send two exhibition collections as a gift to all participating artists.

VIII、 Return of works and others

1. After the exhibition ends, the exhibition organization will complete the work return process.

2. Exhibition organizers have the right to exhibit, research, photograph, video, publish, and promote the exhibited works.

3. The final interpretation right of the "Cultural Heritage Inheritance - The Second Still Life Special Research Exhibition of Chinese Freehand Oil Painting" belongs to the exhibition organization.
